How should I store my desserts?

Bundt cakes and frosted desserts should be refrigerated and brought to room temperature 1–2 hours before serving.

Cookies, bars, and muffins should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise instructed.

How do I secure my order?

All orders at Cherry Blossom Bakehouse are made fresh to order and require full payment at the time of confirmation.

Orders are confirmed when payment has been received. Once payment is completed, your order date and pickup time will be secured.

Rush orders placed less than 3 days prior to the requested pickup date require full payment at the time of confirmation and include an additional rush fee.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders 5-7 days in advance for standard menu items to ensure availability.

Larger orders and event packages must be placed at least 7 days in advance.

Do you offer cancellations or refunds?

Because all items are prepared specifically for each order, we have the following cancellation guidelines:

🍒 Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may receive a partial refund of 50% of the order total.

🍒 Orders cancelled within 48 hours of pickup are not eligible for refund.

🍒 Rush orders are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

We appreciate your understanding as a small home-based bakery preparing each order specifically for you.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders placed less than 3 days prior to the event date may be accepted based on availability and will include an additional rush fee.

We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible; however, availability is not guaranteed. To request a rush order, please call or text (623) 777-9216.

Rush fees apply based on timing (see below):
🍒 Orders placed 2–3 days prior: +15%
🍒 Orders placed under 48 hours: +25%

Do you offer delivery?

At this time, Cherry Blossom Bakehouse offers local pickup only in Goodyear, Arizona.

Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.

Can I mix flavors within a dozen?

To maintain quality and efficiency, each half dozen or dozen must be a single flavor selection.

For larger orders (two dozen or more), flavors may be split by the dozen.
