Order Notice Requirements

• Standard menu items require 5-7 days’ notice.

• Larger orders and event packages require 7 days’ notice.

• Rush orders placed less than 3 days prior may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee.

• Under 48 hours: +25%

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because all items are prepared specifically for each order, we have the following cancellation guidelines:

• Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may receive a partial refund of 50% of the order total.

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of pickup are not eligible for refund.

• Rush orders are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Order Modification Policy

Because all items are made to order, changes to an existing order must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

While we always try to accommodate adjustments when possible, modifications cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Pickup Policy

Cherry Blossom Bakehouse offers pickup only in Goodyear, Arizona. Once an order has been picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for damage occurring after pickup.

Late Pickup Policy

To ensure the freshness and quality of your order, we kindly ask that customers arrive within the scheduled pickup window. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments when feasible.

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be discarded and will not be eligible for refund.

If an order is not picked up and no communication has been received, it will be considered a no-show order. Because all items are made fresh to order, no-show orders are non-refundable.
